KOBEM Education Consultancy Ltd was established on March 24, 1998. The namesake of our company is one of the valuable trainers of the KOÇ Group, former Navy member M.Sc. Engineer Mr. Sabri ÇİĞDEM. KOGEM (KOÇ Development Center) was restructured by the KOÇ Group as KOÇ IDEA Company in those years, and KOBEM, which was thought to be a continuation of KOGEM, was established. KOBEM stands for Training and Development Center for Small, Medium and Large Enterprises.
The aim of our company is to contribute to the continuous improvement of all processes, especially quality and production processes, of automotive sub-industry companies throughout the supply chain, based on risk analysis.
The field of study is mainly automotive, white goods, defense industry, chemistry, plumbing, software, stockists, textile, electronics and health (medical device production) sectors.
KOBEM has been continuously improving itself by carrying out successful studies in the facilities of customer companies for years, especially in plastic/rubber injection/extrusion, assembly, cabling , machining, paint, heat treatment, typesetting & brazing, electronics, brazing, automation, forging, casting, CNC machining, welding, metal plating processes in these sectors; and in this way, has been recognized by many national and international certification inspection bodies and OEM companies, it is shown as a reference and accepted. Our company has been an active cooperate member of AIAG/USA since 2000. As of 2024, it has become an AIAG /USA Sales Representative.
Our company has expanded its staff in 2024 with the participation of new specialists. The founder of our company, Hasan Orgut (MSEE), also took the famous Turkish sailor Piri Reis as an example because he was a former member of the Navy. Our website has been based on the Piri Reis map since 1998. The Piri Reis map is one of the mysterious important events of the world and is defined as the "Map That Sees the Future". Similarly, KOBEM Company starts and carries out its work well in advance according to the future needs and expectations of its customers. For example, in 2006 it anticipated possible developments in the field of VDA Norms and AIAG CQI (Continuous Improvement Series), initiated its work and has fully mastered all VDA Norms and AIAG CQI Quality Series in recent years. It has been in contact with AIAG/USA in the creation / revision of some CQIs and similar contact with VDA-QMC Project Management.
